      ValidationState Field (Public API)

      This document provides a general overview of the functionality of the ValidationState field on the public API.

      The "validationState" field resides inside the address "avsInfo" object in the /api/v1/Order/Create call.

      When the value is set to "1" the DS/PB AVS is not run on the address when the order is created in the cloud.

      *It is essentially telling the system that the address is already verified.

      When the value is set to "0" or is omitted (which is recommended) the DS/PB AVS is run on the order.

      Note: As of this writing (2/10/2023) this feature is currently only released on https://preview_next_io.desktopshipper.com/
