UPS shipping error: "All requested packages failed to generate labels for chosen carriers Failed to generate labels through UPS service: UPS rejected request: Missing or invalid shipper name\"

This error may be encountered shipping in DSX or Cloud using UPS API as the carrier method.

Our system uses the shipping profile's return address information as the shipper name.  UPS may reject this if the field name exceeds 35 characters or contains a prohibited character like the forward slash "/".

Editing the customer's return address profile company name field below 35 characters and/or removing special characters should resolve this error after refreshing settings and reloading the order.
