      Shipments Page - Generate a Report

      This article covers the Generate a Report feature on the ShipV2 server, Shipments page.

      What is a Shipment's Page report?

      A Shipmentment report reflects information about all selected shipment records. The Shipments Page reports are available in 3 types; A PDF summary, a PDF detailed report, and a CSV file.

      • The PDF summary report (AKA Close Summary Report) lists the total shipments for each carrier.
      • The PDF Detailed report (AKA Close Detail Report) lists all of the selected shipments for each carrier and includes a total at the end of the list. 
      • The CSV Detailed with Items exports a variety of comma-delimited data corresponding to the selected shipments. The CSV data can be imported into a spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel.

      1) To generate a report containing a variety of shipment data, select all the shipments you want included in the report and click the  button at the top right of the page.


      2) The "Create Report" Window opens. 

      3) Select a PDF summary report, PDF detailed report, or a CSV.

      4) Click

      4) Click "Generated Report" once the reports are generated.
