      1 to 1 Processing Method

      Why is Scan & Print Useful?

      Scan & Print is useful for customers who want to ship by scanning an order in from an externally generated barcode.

      Example: Packing slip barcode, box license plate number, SKU, UPC.

      Using Scan & Print in DesktopShipper
      • Navigate to https://shipV2.desktopshipper.com.
      • Log in with your DesktopShipper username and password.
      • Click the Orders tab in the upper left-hand corner to access the orders grid page.

      • Click the Scan and Print button in the upper right-hand corner.

      After opening the Scan and Print module, select the order number type from the drop-down menu.

      • Ensure the cursor is in the search box and scan the barcode. 
      • After scanning, the shipping module will open. The order will rate based on profile and ship method.

      *After the order is shipped and a label is generated, the Scan & Print window will reopen ready for the next scan.
