      How to integrate with RR Donnelley

      Required Fields

       
      • Account Number - Unique account ID.
      • Sort Facility location
       

      Get RRDonnelley Credentials

      Please contact your RRDonnelley representative to get your credentials. 
       

      Add Carrier Account in DesktopShipper Cloud

       
      1) Login to your DesktopShipper Cloud account
       
      2) Go to  Settings > Carriers > CarrierAccounts and click the  Add button.

      3) Select RRDonnelley from the  Add Carrier modal.
       
      4) In the modal, give your account an  Account Name.
       
      5) Enter your Account Number (account Id).

      7) Select your Sort Facility location from the dropdown. 
       
      8) Click Save.
