Pitney Bowes - Purchase Postage and Refill Setup

How to refill setup/purchase postage:

1. Open Settings in ship.desktopshipper.com.                                                             
2. Select Carriers.                                                 
3. Select Pitney Bowes.                                                      
4. Select Account Management.                                                   
5. Select Save. When saving it will request a new transaction.
