How to: Setup Cloud Print Utility - NEEDS FORMATTING

Summary:
This article aims to provide installation for the Cloud Print Utility. It also covers how to add printers and scales to a cloud account.
Pre-requisites:
  1. Active Cloud Account
  2. Customer Username and Password
Step 1: Install the app
  1. Navigate to the dashboard on the customers system and choose the option to install the print app.
    1. Alternatively this can be found in Settings > Devices, or in the Setup Wizard > Devices
  2. Click OK or Next through any prompts during installation. (If you get a 'Windows protected your PC' prompt, click 'More info' and then 'Run Anyway')
  3. Once the program starts up, log in with your website credentials.
Step 2: Add a printer or scale
  1. In config form click add device to add printers and scales.
  2. Select the device you wish to add using the drop down. 
    1. If the scale does not show up in the list of available devices, you'll need to provide the device id to development so that the device can be added to the library. 
    2. If the printer is a networked printer, select the option to "View Shared Windows Printers from Other PC"
      1. Add the IP or Network Name of the PC
  3. You can change the displayed printer name if desired. 
    1. This name will be displayed on the website during printer selection.
  4. Make sure that the correct paper/label sizes are selected based on the paper size regularly loaded into your printer.
  5. If your label printer does not have the correct label size listed (most shipping labels are 4x6):
    1. Open printers in the control panel
    2. Right click the printer and select 'Printer Properties' or click the printer and select Manage (windows 10) and then 'Printer Properties' depending on your screen.
    3. Go to the 'Advanced' tab and click the 'Printing Defaults' button.
    4. If the Stocks drop down has 'User Defined' selected, enter the correct label dimensions in the boxes below the drop down and click 'OK' to close the window.
    5. If the Stocks drop down has a specific Stock size selected, go to the 'Stocks' tab and click 'New' and then fill out the fields to add a new stock.
    6. Then return to the 'Options' tab and select the new stock from the drop down list. Click 'OK' to close the window.
    7. Click Add Device in the print application config screen to reset the screen and the new label size should be listed once you select your printer again.
  6. Please Note: If you have a Zebra Printer and/or your label printer supports ZPL code (ask support if you're not sure) then you can check the ZPL box in the printer configuration screen. 
    1. (This is an optional step.)
  7. Once your device preferences are set, click 'Save Device' to save it and then you can add additional devices by repeating the above steps.
  8. You can right click a device in the list on the left side of the config screen to Edit or Remove a saved device.
  9. Once all desired devices are added, click Close Window to make the application start accepting print and scale commands.
Step 3: Set as default Printer/Scale
  1. Navigate to the user's preferences in Settings > Preferences.
  2. Set the newly added device to the defaults as shown below
