Global Settings: Processed Status

Information regarding the Global Setting- Processed Status.

Processed Status (Ship to Processed)- Set order status from ready to processed when shipped, which will not write back to your connected integration until they are set to shipped (disabling this setting will automatically set the order status from ready to shipped when they are shipped).


What does Processed Status (Ship to Processed) do?

When processing a batch, this setting will not automatically set the orders to "shipped".

Default DesktopShipper functionality will set batched orders to "shipped" status automatically after they are processed.

This means that the "shipped" status automatically writes back to the integration after the batch is processed. 


Why is Processed Status (Ship to Processed) useful?

This setting is useful for customers who do not want the shipped status to automatically write back to the integration. Instead, the orders can be marked as "shipped" at a later time.
