DSX History
Utilizing the History section of the DSX application
Why is DSX History useful?
The History section of DSX allows you to view your shipped orders. You can void, un-void, and reprint labels from the History.
Access your History in DSX by selecting the button in the upper right-hand corner that looks like a timer symbol.
Utilizing the History Section in DSX
- Date Filter
Can be adjusted to search for a specific date range.
- Reprint Labels
Select the order you want to reprint the label for and select the reprint button.
- Void Batch
If you wish to void all orders within a batch instead of one particular order, you can use the Void Batch button.
- Void
Select the order you want to void and select the button to void the label.
Note: ODBC connections will need a void call build out within DSX in order for the order status to be updated in the ODBC integration.
- Un-Void
The selected order in void status will be un-voided and will go back to shipped status.
- Refresh
Refresh list of orders displayed in History.
