  • Amazon Shipping requires dimensions to rate an order. The maximum dimensions for Amazon Shipping are:
    • Maximum length = 59 inches
    • Maximum Width = 33 inches
    • Maximum Length = 33 inches
    • Maximum Girth = 130 inches

Note (for ZPL labels): Amazon Shipping requires a label printer that supports 300 DPI resolution. Alternatively, you can configure the software to use PNG labels.

A: At this time, Amazon Shipping does not support shipments with an international destination. Only domestic shipments are supported.

Q: What are the United States locations that Amazon Shipping supports?

A: Amazon Shipping covers the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are excluded). The majority of the US is served by Amazon’s transportation network. Amazon also collaborates with the USPS to deliver to all locations including PO Boxes and military bases. 

Q: Does Amazon Shipping offer package tracking?

A: Yes! Your recipients can track their packages through Amazon's dedicated tracking page. And, you can view their shipments' tracking through your online shipping management account, Shipper Central.

Q: Does Amazon Shipping support dangerous goods?

A: Amazon Shipping supports only "Permissible" Danger Goods. Please see Amazon's policies for Amazon Shipping for more details on the permissible dangerous goods Amazon will deliver.

Q: How does Amazon receive your packages?

A: Amazon offers various collection options for shippers, including loose load, container, and palletized, based on the number of packages. Amazon will pick up your packages from your warehouse and deliver them to your designated shipper, providing stop-by-stop tracking for peace of mind.

Q: Does Amazon Shipping deliver to residential along with commercial addresses? And if so, does Amazon charge any residential fees?

A: Yes Amazon delivers to residential addresses as well as commercial addresses, however, Amazon does not charge extra fees for residential locations.
