Error occurred when attempting to create and ship a UPS Return label using DSX.
The error is caused by the order missing package line item data. Since it was manually created in DSX, it does not have line items by default.
Line items can be added manually in DSX using the Edit Packages and Add an Additional Item function. In the Add An Item dialog box, SKU, Quantity, Value, Weight, Description, Origin Code and HS-Code values can be added. Once the item(s) have been added they should be moved from the Available Items column to the Included Items column. Click Finish to close the Edit Packages window and return to the main order screen. The order can now be rerated for the UPS Return service and shipped to generate the return label.
