How to integrate with UPS:


Required Fields

UPS Account
  • Account Number: A unique account ID you received when you created a UPS account.
  • Username: Your UPS login Username.
  • Password: Your UPS Password.
UPS Third Party Billing account (optional)
  • Account Number: A unique account identifier for your Third Party Billing account.

Get UPS Credentials

Please contact your UPS representative to get your credentials. 

Add Carrier Account in DesktopShipper Cloud

1) Login to your DesktopShipper Cloud account
2) Go to Settings > Carriers > CarrierAccounts and click the Add button.
3) Select UPS from the Add Carrier modal.
4) In the modal, give your account an Account Name.
5) Enter your Account Number (account Id).
6) Enter your Username and Password.
7) Click Save.

Add Third Party Billing account

1) From the add UPS account modal, click the plus button in the ThirdPartyBilling section.
2) In the UPS Third Party Billing modal, give your account an Account Name.
3) Enter your Account Number (unique account id).
4) Select your References from the dropdowns. Then click the Plus button to add the reference (optional).
